Job Description

Deploy the entire sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target 
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients including research, initiation of contact, meetings, responding to RFPs, new business presentations, and accurately maintaining systems (dynamic CRM, in order to create and convert sales opportunities
Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions
Work with the account team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal
Negotiation with insurers to get the best offers
Prepare presentation file and verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients
Join the team for bidding for projects assigned and implementation of contract when appointed
Be member of the Benefit advisory team for projects delivery when needed.
