Role Description
We are looking for an exceptional communicator with strong listening skills, high emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
This is not a simple appointment-setting role.
You will be the first person many prospective clients speak with after expressing interest in working with Engage. Your job is to quickly understand who they are, what they are looking for, how serious they are, and what next step will serve them best.
The right person will know when a client needs immediate attention, curate appropriate content, set up the most appropriate type of next step...
