Client Experience Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course;
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and database applications necessary.
• With communication skills including experience in writing, answering phone calls and speaking.
• Ability to work in a team environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in service delivery and ensure programs run smoothly and deadlines, plans for training activities or anything related gets accomplished on time with no issues.
• Work in a support role and oversee many administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate operational and strategic activities internally to improve customer experience and strengthen corporate processes across onboarding, support, sales, customer experience, training, accommodation and food reservation.
