The ROLE
As a CX Coach, you'll be the bridge between our clients and their 5 ELK team.
You'll lead, develop, and manage a pod of team members to deliver an exceptional client experience, while working closely with the client to understand their needs, and ensure their team member meets both 5 ELK standards and the client's goals.
