ROLE OVERVIEW
The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience after a client joins the company. This role serves as the primary point of contact for active clients, ensuring clear communication, smooth onboarding, consistent engagement, and long-term retention.
This position plays a critical role in helping clients stay engaged with their training, maintain consistent schedules, and feel supported throughout their journey. The Client Experience Specialist works closely with sales, coaching, and marketing teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
