Job Description

Position
We are looking for a passionate data and analytics expert to join our Client Insights team.

The resource will support the team in client data management, analysisand reporting to support client-centric strategies and drive business decisions.
Job responsibilities
Support in client analysis and reporting combining different datasets and questioning the database to identify trends in client behavior and preferences and optimize CRM strategies and/or opportunities for business growth

Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets to identify client insights and patterns to share with Top Management, Retail Merchandising, Go-to-Market and Clienteling to drive business strategies and client engagement activities

Develop and manage CRM reports, dashboards and analytics to track customer behavior and performance
