**JOB TITLE** : Fuel Client Liaison

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**

+ Responsible for all office administrative duties for specific provinces/clients allocated.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Understanding of the RT46 SLA and adherence to contractual obligations;
+ Training of clients on Fuel Card Processes and Systems;
+ Preparation of reports to specific deadlines;
+ Handling incoming calls and resolving of customer queries and investigations;
+ Handling incoming calls and resolving of merchant queries;
+ Follow-up and updating clients about their queries and investigations
+ Logging and tracking of card orders, cancellations, report requests, capturing and keeping track of NFC stock (TBC), including sequence control report;
