CLIENT MANAGER, DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE

We are representing our client, a leading service provider offering IT solutions services, to look for an experienced Client Manager specialising in supporting company clients with its Digital Transformation suite of products and strategies. This includingcloud-based solution, on-premises workloads, cybersecurity, network infrastructure in hardware, software, licenses, professional services and managed services covering Singapore market primarily.

Responsibilities

• Function as the lead contact point for any and all matters specific to the clients
• Develop trusted long term advisory relationship with existing key accounts, clients, stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Responsible for both new & existing customers / sector development
• Manage pipeline diligently to lead sales cycle from identifying sales opportunity to closure of the deals
