Job Description

                    Duties include  
Facilitate the onboarding of new rental clients in a professional and efficient manner 
Explain rental agreements, terms, and conditions clearly to clients 
Ensure all contracts are accurately completed, signed, and compliant 
Conduct client vetting and ensure all required supporting documentation is obtained 
Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of approved deals 
Maintain accurate client records and contract files 
Handle client queries related to agreements and onboarding 
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements 
Assist in minimising risk by ensuring all onboarding checks are properly completed 
Requirements:  
Previous experience in a contracts, admin, onboarding, or F&I support role (automotive or similar environment advantageous)
