to lead the end-to-end implementation experience for new clients and client expansions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless transitions from sale to delivery while maintaining operational rigor, delivery quality, and client confidence at scale.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who excels at
client experience, operational execution, and cross-functional alignment
in fast-paced environments.
