Client Onboarding & KYC Analyst | 6 Months - (UP 7000)

Job Scope:

• Support and liaise with WCS / Fixed Income / Equities / Investment Banking documentation on account opening and due diligence matters.

• Perform due diligence checks on client documentation and maintaining filing of client documents.

• Assist the HOC and take the lead on client onboarding matters by providing materials and other necessary information required during internal, external and/or regulatory audit inspection.

• Handle FATCA and CRS forms and data.

• Support certain operation functions e.g. signatory verification, changes on client accounts etc.

• Follow-up with AEs on account opening and documentation on regular basis (weekly/bi-weekly).

• Perform periodic review of existing WCS clients and other high risk clients.

• Conduct review of Client Onboarding processes on an on-going basis to streamline processes and improve productivity (with particular focus on Chinese clients)...
