Your new role

Support end-to-end account opening and activation for new clients.

Verify client documents and ensure all required information is complete and accurate.

Perform data checks between systems and submitted forms ( identification, client details, tagging).

Liaise with internal teams and case managers to resolve document gaps or issues.

Ensure onboarding meets internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Troubleshoot and follow up on onboarding cases to ensure smooth completion.
