Our client is a leading and innovative national company specialising in automation software solutions. Due to growth, we have an exciting career opportunity for a highly customer focused Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Geelong VIC. The Onboarding Specialist plays an integral role within the company to ensure the workflow design process, project planning, implementation of the software meets individual client business needs, along with providing ongoing customer support to the client.
 
The role:
 

• Liaising with clients during the onboarding and integration process to identify individual workflow requirements, processes and software needs unique to their business
• Develop an action plan in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, and project manage the integration and implementation process through to completion
