LSDL is looking for a Client & Operations Assistant to support customer enquiries, sales, workshops, and daily operations.

This is NOT a healing, psychic, or spiritual role.

All energetic, healing, and spiritual services are handled exclusively by the Founder.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram
• Explain services, packages, pricing, and booking process clearly
• Follow up with interested clients and manage confirmations
• Sell energy products from the LSDL Emporium using approved scripts

Operations & Admin

• Manage sign-ups, bookings, and payments for services and workshops
• Track orders, payments, and basic delivery coordination
• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
