The Client Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery for assigned clients, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, driving performance against SLAs, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Relationship
- Act as the main operational contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, reviews, and performance updates
