Client Outcomes Specialist

Position Information Location Maple Ridge Salary Range $30.91-$33.46 per hour. Salary placement on pay scale based on qualifications and experience relevant to position. The Opportunity The main role of the Client Outcome Specialist is to perform the follow up contacts with clients to determine their employment status, respond to requests for additional support/guidance, and ensure all sustainment outcome fees and outcomes are captured. Additionally, the Client Outcome Specialist re-engages non-responsive clients to identify support opportunities, contributing to the success and continuous improvement of the WorkBC Centres.
