We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our clients team as a **Client Outreach Specialist (Tax Services)** . In this role, you will make outbound calls to past clients, offering them the opportunity to review their tax filings and apply for eligible credits for a fee. You will play a key role in helping clients maximize their tax benefits while delivering a professional and informative customer experience.
Please note: this is a permanent position.
**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to past clients to discuss potential tax adjustments.
+ Identify missing tax credits and explain the process for applying adjustments.
+ Follow a call script and CRM workflow (Zoho) to ensure consistent, accurate client interactions.
+ Maintain detailed records of client conversations and outcomes in the CRM system.
