To support this mission, we are hiring a Client Outreach Specialist who thrives on connection, conversation, and curiosity, someone who actually enjoys picking up the phone and talking to people about their lives. This is not your typical call-center role. This is relationship-building, trust-building, future-planning, and problem-solving. Compensation: $5 - $6 hourly
