Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: The Client Partner, Capital Developments' Strategic Change provides advice on change strategies and approaches, and project and change services. The Client Partner is assigned to large, complex capital development initiatives and works in partnership with sponsors to execute on the strategic plans of the organization. The initiatives have multiple stakeholders at various levels, internal and external, and the Client Partner plays a critical role in designing, coordinating and implementing engagement strategies.
