Client Partner

**What's the role?**

Reporting directly to the Group Client Partner, the Client Partner is responsible for strategic planning, identifying opportunities, creating customised solutions tailored to their clients and fostering long-term partnerships within an independent agency portfolio.

Their role in leading both brief responses and proactive initiatives, whether integrated or transactional, is crucial in driving revenue growth and nurturing client relationships. The Client Partner takes ownership of collaborating with internal stakeholders, maintaining a client-centric focus, to ensure client satisfaction. The Client Partner is also responsible for managing the workload of the Client Executive and Client Support Coordinator, in conjunction with the Group Client Partner.
