Client Recruitment Partner

The Client Recruitment Partner serves as the primary client-facing resource for recruitment engagements, responsible for managing hiring requests, translating client needs into actionable recruitment plans, and delivering qualified candidates within agreed timelines while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

A. Client-Facing & Account Handling

• Receive and qualify recruitment inquiries from clients
• Conduct intake discussions (role requirements, budget, timeline, expectations)
• Clarify JD scope and hiring success criteria
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to clients
• Manage client expectations and timelines

B. Recruitment Delivery

• Develop sourcing strategy per role
• Post vacancies and source candidates
• Conduct initial screening interviews
