Position : Client Relations Supervisor

Rates : 20,000 up to 30,000 which includes kpi that will be based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily collections operations and supervise collection teams to meet performance targets.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, productivity, and collection results; prepare regular reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with collections policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, calibration, and training (new hires and upskilling).
• Manage account assignments, workloads, escalations, and sensitive or complex cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams (verification, legal, accounting, operations, clients) to achieve collection goals.
