This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Associate at INFINITI SOFTWARE in Islamabad. We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate.

• Handle New Queries: Act as the first point of contact for incoming client queries on Fiverr, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Client Onboarding: Guide potential clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to project start.
• Quote Management: Prepare and send accurate project quotes based on initial client discussions and requirements.
