Client Relations Associate

Job description:

• Client Communication - Handle class-related inquiries via phone, messages, and emails in a prompt and professional manner.
• Event Support -Provide necessary support during the classes and/or events from ingress to egress.
• ManyChat Contacts - Manage and add names of class inquiries to the appropriate tags in the ManyChat automation system for each class.
• Sales Support - Assist with the promotion and sale of kitchen tools, merchandise, and sponsor products during events or class days. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, tracking inventory, and managing customer inquiries and orders

Job qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related discipline
• Work Experience/s: With at least 1 year work related experience
• Excellent communication skills (both in oral and written)
