Client Relations Representative

We are looking for a Client Relations Representative.

What are the role and responsibilities?
1. Attend to inquiries and ensure correspondence & concerns of agents, customers, and suppliers are replied or attended timely. Keep close/regular contact to maintain relationship.

1. Prepare and send quotation (update or revise) for house or existing clients

2. Monitor and update credit agreements with current and new clients

3. Maintain records of Sales Department (customer profile, survey, supplier accreditation, Minutes of department meeting, others)

4. Coordinate with suppliers to check related cost & negotiate competitive rates.

5. Monitor billing from suppliers for preparation of payment request.

6. Other Line of Business (Domestic/Warehousing/Special Projects)
