Responsibilities

• Deliver daily support to clients using transaction banking services.
• Investigate and resolve client issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Manage the full onboarding process for SMAR&TS customers.
• Promote and expand client adoption of transaction banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or client service.
• Familiarity with transaction banking and internet banking platforms.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in Japanese required to liaise with Japanese corporate clients.
