Client Relationship Coordinator

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in California, USA, looking for a sharp, professional Relationship Coordinator to join our team.

This is NOT a high-pressure sales job. Your role is to build long-term relationships with licensed real estate agents across the United States.

Your goal is to:

• Reach out to agents via phone & text
• Build rapport and maintain long-term communication
• Follow up consistently
• Keep detailed notes in our CRM
• Ask simple qualifying questions
• Obtain property addresses when opportunities arise

You will NOT be responsible for closing deals or negotiating contracts.
