Client Relationship Manager Basel

A dynamic Private Bank based in Basel is looking for their new Relationship Manager.

• Maintain and further develop relationships with existing EAMs and Family Offices
• Develop tailored solutions and processes that meet the expectations and objectives of EAM partners
• Provide research, investment ideas, and portfolio solutions
• Promote the services and capabilities offered by the institution
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)
• Prepare and coordinate client meetings and events
• Manage retrocessions and related commission structures
• Respond to client inquiries by email and phone
• Control, execute, and monitor client instructions (payments, securities transactions, static data updates, etc.)
• Monitor credit lines, investment maturities, and administrative processes
