Job Description

                    InspHired Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager (with a Sales Hunter profile) in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business objectives, staffing requirements, and culture. 
Collaborate with Candidate Managers, and other team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality candidates to clients. 
Sales - cold calling; actively seeking new prospects and leads. 
Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting clients and maintaining a client database. 
Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment. 
Driving revenue. 
Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond. 
Negotiating pays and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
