Client Relationship Manager — Electrical Utility Services

Job Summary

The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison between Telex and major electric utility clients. This is not a traditional sales role - it requires deep understanding of protection and control engineering, substation commissioning, and field service operations. You will build and maintain long-term partnerships with utility stakeholders (engineering managers, P&C supervisors, procurement leads, and project managers), ensure operational excellence, manage contract compliance, and identify opportunities to expand Telex's scope of services within existing and new accounts.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical service delivery and client satisfaction. You understand what happens in a substation, you can speak the language of protection engineers, and you know how to build trust with utility decision-makers through consistent follow-through, responsiveness, and results.
