We will count on you to:
Build excellent relationships with your assigned portfolio of appointed corporate clients.
Deliver service within/exceeding clients' expectations in the SME team.
Help prepare and implement business plans and goals.
Build long-term relationships with key client decision makers.
Monitor changes within client organizations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship with clients.
Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients.
