The Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of employee share plan (EPS) clients, ensuring the premium delivery of services to both clients and their employees. Acting as the key point of contact, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships while anticipating and responding to client needs.

This is a dynamic role with a mix of client service, relationship management, and strategic account planning. You will also contribute to business growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the client experience.
