Client Relationship Manager

Position: Client Relationship Manager (Tagalog or Japanese Speaker)
Location: KL, Malaysia (Relocation Package will be Provided)
Summary
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will assist clients throughout the onboarding process and manage relationships with both clients and partners. You will educate clients using the company's platforms and products, proactively contact them to promote services, and handle incoming queries. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of communications, research regional business opportunities, ensure KPIs are met, support various departments, manage your workflow, and undertake any additional tasks required for job success.
