Client Relationship Manager

We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in a hybrid role.

This position involves handling Zoom meetings, managing our CRM, and being the main point of contact for creators exploring or actively running crowdfunding campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

• Conducting Zoom calls with prospective and active clients
• Clearly explaining Fuizion's services, process, and timelines
• Managing and updating our CRM (notes, follow-ups, deal stages)
• Coordinating between clients and internal teams
• Ensuring smooth communication throughout the campaign lifecycle

What we're looking for:

• Strong spoken English and communication skills
• Comfortable leading client-facing Zoom calls
• Organized and reliable with follow-ups
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, etc.) is a plus
