Client Relationship Manager – Pre-Sales | Projects | KPI Delivery

Bluedge Consulting (VET consulting) and Bluedge BPO (outsourced staffing to RTOs and SMEs) are growing fast. We're hiring a Client Relationship Manager who can own the client journey end-to-end: pre-sales → onboarding/project delivery → KPI performance management.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build relationships, close deals, coordinate delivery, and work with Managers to set, track and improve KPIs.

What you'll do

• Pre-sales / business development: manage enquiries, run discovery calls, scope solutions, prepare proposals/quotes/SOWs, and progress deals to close
• Account / client management: own key client relationships, run regular check-ins, manage escalations, improve retention and drive growth
• Project management: lead onboarding and implementation; manage timelines, deliverables, resourcing, risks and change requests
• KPI reporting: build/main...
