Role Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer management
Ensure revenue delivery remains on track and in line with mandated targets.
Independently manage and maintain regular communication with customers' technical, procurement, and finance teams.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the customer's pumping systems by conducting site visits (underground or on surface) and provide accurate, ongoing technical (troubleshooting) and commercial support.
Drive sales of new pumps, repairs, spare parts, and service offerings.
Coordinate and schedule technician site visits as required.
Commercial functions
Manage Customer Enquiries, including RFQ's, RFP's, Tenders, Annual contract pricing, in collaboration with commercial team.
Manage Customer Purchase Orders, including order confirmations, invoicing and status updates, in collaboration with the commercial team.
