The Role
The Client Relations Specialist plays a key role in onboarding newly registered and dormant retail trading clients, with a strong focus on driving First-Time Deposits (FTD). The primary objective of this role is to maximize lead conversion, support seamless client onboarding, and ensure a smooth and positive client journey from registration to first deposit.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for newly registered retail clients.
Understand client profiles and trading motivations (e.g., reasons for trading, preferred instruments, investment goals, and reasons for choosing PU Prime).
