The Role
The
Client Relations Specialist
plays a key role in onboarding newly registered and dormant retail trading clients, with a strong focus on driving First-Time Deposits (FTD). The primary objective of this role is to maximize lead conversion, support seamless client onboarding, and ensure a smooth and positive client journey from registration to first deposit.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for newly registered retail clients.
- Understand client profiles and trading motivations (e.g., reasons for trading, preferred instruments, investment goals, and reasons for choosing PU Prime).
