Client Review Specialist

You own the accuracy and progression of client medical records within a structured offshore delivery environment supporting a U.S.-based disability services organization. Your work ensures intake documentation, Disability Questionnaires (DBQs), and client records move forward without errors, delays, or compliance risks.

Day to day, you operate within defined workflows, documented standards, and measurable quality expectations. You communicate directly with clients to clarify medical and intake information, handle structured calls, and update records across multiple systems.
