Job Description
NeoWork is seeking a passionate and results-driven Client Success Specialist to join our growing team. The Client Success Manager role at NeoWork is designed for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing deals, and keeping our CRM in great shape. You'll support prospects from the first conversation all the way to onboarding. Once the client is live, you'll stay engaged, build strong relationships, and look for ways to help them grow with us. A key part of this role is having solid HubSpot administration skills because you will be the person who keeps our pipelines, properties, reports, and automations accurate and useful.
This is a hands-on position that blends sales support, client success, and CRM operations. You'll run your own meetings, prepare proposals, and manage deals where needed. For larger opportunities, you'll work closely with leadership. You'll also help improve internal workflows through automation and AI tools.
