Client Service Account Manager

Overview As a Payments Client Service Chile, you will serve the top Tier in Chile clients on their cash management necessities. Between these clients are important Latin America large corporations and financial institutions who entrust us with their business. You will provide strategic advice, raise capital, manage risk and extend liquidity in markets around the world. Responsibilities Advise the client, providing guidance and consultation on decision making andClient’s central point of resolution and escalation for service issues, liaises with bank partners to manage issues. Acts as proactive partner, reaching out to clients to assess progress, client satisfaction, and potential impediments to a high level of service satisfaction. Identifies and addresses product/service gaps and development opportunities, leveraging the full array of Treasury Services product capabilities.
