About the Client Operations Team:

The Client Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s global client base, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, consistent client experience. The team is broadly structured across Client Services and Client Reporting, working in close partnership with Relationship Management, Investments and Operations teams. Client Services has responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and ownership of operational matters across our client’s Institutional and Advisor clients. The team works collaboratively across support long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a wide range of client servicing activities, coordinating across internal teams including Operations, Transitions, Legal, Trading and Investment teams, as well as external partners such as brokers, custodians and client teams
