Client Service Associate (Start ASAP)

The Client Service Associate processes over-the-counter banking transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance and providing customer service.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Perform start and end of day banking activities.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Provide appropriate customer service to clients, including promoting and offering the bank’s products and services.
• Perform other duties as required from time to time.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job, preferably in a Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Good communication skills.
