Key Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
•Lead and drive contact centre process improvements and operational efficiency
•Leverage data and analytics to improve client experience and service outcomes
•Partner with cross-functional teams (Client Services, CX, Back Office, Online Services)
•Manage service improvement initiatives from planning to execution
