Client Service Executive (Client Relationship, Non Sales)

Pertinent Law LLP is hiring! We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Client Account Service Executive to join our firm. This role will primarily be responsible for providing administrative, managing documentation, maintaining accurate records of cases, and ensuring timely processing of paperwork. In addition, the role involves active client management , which includes advising clients on their inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the engagement to ensure a positive client experience.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of client cases and related documentation.
