Client Service Executive

Morgan McKinley is seeking for a Client Service Associate to join the team.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for trade clients, managing day-to-day service requests and transactional needs.
Liaise frequently with Operations and Processing teams to ensure timely execution of trade transactions and resolution of client issues.
Generate and maintain client reports using Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
Support Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios, strengthening engagement, and ensuring service excellence.
Handle sensitive client matters with discretion, ensuring compliance with HSBC's internal policies and external regulations.
Coordinate across multiple teams to deliver seamless experiences for clients across trade and banking products.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent
At Least 1 year experience in client servicing within banking, trade finance, or related fields.
