Client Service Manager - Custody

The Company

Our client is a leading global financial services firm in Hong Kong, and they are currently looking for a Client Service Manager to join the expanding team.

The Role

• Serve as an escalation point for client service issues and deliverables
• Handle the investor onboarding and keep accurate, up-to-date client investor profiles
• Support senior Client advisors in administering client portfolios, including assist in preparation of the presentation and administration reports
• Assess operational capacity and risk elements of new business initiatives as well as daily operations
• Identify potential risks, ensure proper escalations, and formulate issues resolution
• Participate in ad-hoc projects or perform other duties assigned by supervisors from time to time
