• The Client Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. This role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The CSR is personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

I. Client Relations

• Responsible for timely feedback to clients and agents regarding loan application status.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Observes application management turn around time standard when it comes to giving feedback to clients and agents.
• Addresses customer queries regarding loan products with mastery.
