Our focus is on serving working families and ensuring every child has the coverage they need. We’re now expanding our team and looking for motivated, people-driven individuals to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through their permanent benefits program with care and professionalism.
• Explain benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom.
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery.
