Client Service Support Officer

The Client Service Support Officer (CSSO) is part of our central Client Service team supporting the Client Service Officers and Relationship Managers within the Private Banking/Wealth Management business.

This is an administrative and operational support role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day quality servicing activities and solutions. You will work closely with the Front Office team and internal stakeholders to support account documentations, client instructions and process coordination.

If you are organised, detailed oriented and interested in starting your career in Private Banking, this role provides strong exposure to client servicing processes, risk controls and front office operations.

Depending on performance and experience, there may be opportunities to progress into a Client Service Officer (CSO).
